What’s new in CloudWorks? New configuration options notify Anaplan users when integration statuses or exceptions require attention

Quick to set up and easy to assign, new configuration options for CloudWorks notifications give Anaplan users real-time visibility into integration statuses and exceptions—sparking faster action and more streamlined integrations.

Integration administrators can quickly and easily assign alerts to workspace users who need visibility into integration statuses in CloudWorks. With real-time alerts assigned, users can respond faster to integration events that require their immediate attention.

Integration admins can attach notifications to integrations to alert workspace users to status changes such as successes, partial successes, and failures.

Notifications are added by choosing a list of Anaplan users from the dropdown list. Any users who are part of a workspace can be added as a recipient.

Delivery channels, such as email and in-product notifications, can be selected and updated based on distribution preferences

As part of this release, the combined integration limits, per tenant, in CloudWorks have also increased. CloudWorks now supports a combined total of up to 250 standalone integrations or processes per tenant. The number of steps within a process remains unlimited.
